I received a friendly greeting upon arrival for my apointment, and my concerns were dealt with to my satisfaction in a timely fashion.

I brought the truck in for an oil change and to check for a tire/road noise I was experiencing. I was called and told the oil change was complete and that the noise had been traced to a defective tire. Further I was told a replacement tire had been ordered and I would receive a call when the new tire was available for installation, sometime next week.

I was treated with dignity and respect by all of the service reps. I was kept up to date as to the timing of completion

Service was fast and convenient.

The young service staff at the oil change area were quick to inspect and clean carpets in the vehicle. Then the oil was changed promptly and the car was run through the carwash before being returned to me.

My personal experience with Nurse has always been pleasurable since 2002!

My personal experience since my first purchase back in 2002 has always been excellent and found all the sales people to be extremely proffessional.

Brought the car in for an oil change. Service was fine, and actually fairly quick compared to the last few times. I was trying to get some work done in the waiting area and was interrupted by two young employees yelling at each other at the desk. This yelling included profanity. It did interrupt me briefly, but I was in complete shock that your employees don't have the self-discipline to keep from dropping f-bombs within earshot of customers. Completely unprofessional.
