There was a dent in the fender. I was not sure if it was there when I picked the car up or if it happened afterward. It was taken care of promptly without a fuss and without a charge and I was satisfied with the whole way in how it was handled
I arrived punctually, car immediately taken to service area, shown to waiting area, my first time, I wasn't aware that water and coffee were free. Very comfortable seating, a good experience.
