Professional, friendly and very satisfactory sales staff. Mitch and Ted were very smart in turning our decision from buying a competitive brand car to buying a Toyota car in few minutes. We walked out of the door then drove the new car very happy .
This is my first experience with Oakville Toyota and hope they keep me satisfied when I try their location rest of services.
Dealing with Oakville Toyota was unpleasant from start to finish. Rude receptionist. Ridiculous "good cop/bad cop" routine with the salespeople and the manager over the price. The final straw came after the sale. The ad on their website promised a $500 gas card that they refused to deliver once the purchase was made. This dealership has the worst customer service ever, from the top on down. Spend your $ elsewhere.
Purchase process was excellent while everything was clearly explained before signing any purchase related documents. The vehicle presentation was very good and professional.
