Things weren't going so well at the start but the service team completed the job extremely well.
The service included Toyota Canada's offer to fix the rear door of the vehicle. After several visits and calls to the dealership the repair was finally completed. The car now looks great. Thanks to the Oakville service team for finishing the job off well.

Brought my car in for a basic 40k service and ended up requiring body work on the top of my car. Your door closed on the roof of my car and required 4 days of service, painting and small body work. A very, very poor experience!!!
Hi, guys at service desk should learn to be polite with clients at least, as they do a favor when they speak with you.
It's not a one time experience....
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. My only real complaint is that it just took too long (1.5-2 hours).
