Appointment was booked for 930am didn't go in until 1230 when I called to check in if my car was done. Pickup time of my car was 2pm. Service agent I spoke was very good no complaints about him. If an appointment is booked for a specific time please keep to it and not bump to cue. Thank you.
Had an appointment and waited over 2 hours, then was told my Ford Focus would have to be seen at Ford to be evaluated. Still wait8ng for a call from either Ford or Jackson’s Toyota to set up an appointment.
Still waiting for a call from either Jackson’s Toyota or Ford to set up an appointment. Have had the car for 2 weeks and the engine light has come on. Very concerning. Also since I book the car on March 16th, is it covered with a 30 day warranty for used cars?
The service staff who serviced my new rav were extremely kind and helpful on the phone, they did a fantastic job. However the detailing I got was horrible. I could have done better myself, and when I contacted them about marks left on my roof by them they took no responsibility and basically blamed me for putting them there. I am extremely disappointed as Jackson’s has always provided me with exceptional service.
I had my first scheduled maintenance done on my truck. I was under the understanding from my sales person when I bought the truck that I was going to receive my first oil change for free. When I mentioned this to the service department it was a fight to get the oil change for free they said I was not entitled to one however I told them that is what the sales person told me when I bought the truck. So when I told them at first they said no they have to talk to somebody else they came back and said no again and then it was the third time that I got it for free. Also I had ordered a hitch ball installed on my truck. The day I had my hitch installed there was a run around and I was bounced on the phone 5 times. Furthermore, I was told the hitch would come in a certain day. I called on that day and they said sorry there is only one ball here and it is for another customer even though I had clearly ordered it two or three days prior. So, in summary, I didn’t like being bounced on the phone 5 times, and it took 3 times until the dealer agreed to give me my first oil change free on the brand new truck.
