Service visit

I had an oil change, interior detailing and my tires changed. Customer service was better at this, most recent appointment. I am rewards member and pre-booked the shuttle service. I had a very long wait before the shuttle service was available. Which is why I'm giving 3 starts.

Toyota replaced a faulty tire, to our satisfaction!

The car was serviced quickly and to our satisfaction!. Toyota went out of their way to accommodate us and remedy the situation! Thank you!

changing of tires

I went to change the tires from winter to summer. They were polite, rated the tires, and made arrangements for the storage of the winter ones.

Always great service and love the free massage on Tuesdays! The coffee/hot chocolate and goodies are also a nice bonus! Keep it up!

Great Service, fast and on time

We take both of our vehicles to Jackson's as we can always count on the service. The staff is friendly and our vehicles are well cared for.
