The service was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. It was sh*t. They did everything wrong and then charged me for it. I have never been more disappointing in my life. I am being honest. They never even returned any of my phone calls or emails.
I had my truck in for 30k service check and they never told me it was going to cost me (not under my warranty) and they put the wrong oil in the motor and they put a dent in the door sill on the passenger side. I tried to address it with the manager but again no return phone calls or messages. I would really like some attention placed on this matter as my view towards your company has diminished. I wish I could write something more positive but I have to be honest.

I am pleased to report that you did receive the correct engine oil, and in fact it was the same as you acknowledged when receiving the receipt for the service. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the terms of your maintenance and warranty agreement and were happy to have explained what is payable by the customer and what the warranty covers for you. We are sorry you thought our service technician put a dent in your car. We have a strict protocol to follow if any damage occurs as a result of any of our staff and we are pleased that you acknowledged you really aren’t sure where or when the damage occurred.
The service at Jackson's is always prompt, friendly, respectful, and efficient. Any service industry should offer these qualities, but many don't. Jackson's does, and it is appreciated.
First oil change for my 2015 Corolla. I was directed to wait in a very clean waiting room. After the oil change was complete the tech cheerfully explained any questions I had re my next visit.
