Very happy to get a vehicle in spite of both of us having to wait a while for finalization of my insurance settlement.
The personnel were great. I expect that due to the shortage of vehicles at the time, dealerships in general were less apt to accommodate customers requests for minor changes and inexpensive options, which this customer considers major improvements, without any extra cost, such as a rear bumper protector, side window vents,, winter wiper blades, and smaller diameter wheels vs those hideous looking 18" wheels with less than 2 inches of tire sidewall between the wheels and the road.
Very smooth transaction, provided the veteran discount even though this time and covid restrictions have been hard on the supply chain. All work to get the vehicle ready was completed in a timely manner.
