We were impressed with the whole purchase process. The COVID protocols were thorough and helped us feel safe at the dealership and while test driving. Every aspect of the car was explained carefully and we were given time and no pressure to make decisions. When we picked the car up, every aspect of the vehicle and the techy gadgets were explained. They even hooked up all our phones! We are very proud to now own a hybrid vehicle and another Toyota. We keep our cars a long time and expect a lot from them so Toyota has been our consistent choice. The sale was good and very thoughtful. Ted did a great job for me. The info from staff about my new relationship with Collingwood Toyota was great and I have a history of service at this dealership, - a busy time for Ted as many issues happening. We did a quick review of the car, and i will go back at his invitation to figure out features this car has which is more advanced than the car I had before. The Owners manual is ridiculous so i have a lot of questions. I received a letter from Toyota this past week, and i will call them if Ted is busy. The atmosphere at this dealership is one of goodness, and wanting their clients happy. And that’s what they are doing for me.
