Bruce built a Cherokee online and submitted to Chrysler Canada using Unhaggle, on Perkopolis. Carlo was the only Sales Consultant that responded to the online build. We corresponded numerous times by e'mail on a variety of vehicles specifically the Cherokee and Patriot. On one of the e'mails Carlos sent me the used car inventory and Wendy fell in love with a Silver Cherokee Limited. Well after arranging some test drives in both new and used vehicles we ended up buying the used 2014 Jeep Cherokee. I was introduced to Carlo via a dealership website inquiry about a new Grand Caravan. We scheduled an appointment to meet, and Carlo narrowed the focus on the best model and features that would meet our family's needs. Carlo was a wealth of information on the product, answering all detailed questions regarding the product. It was refreshing to have a sales representative that wasn't pushy, or persuasive about closing a deal, or stretching me into a higher than comfortable payment. I followed up with Wes to finalize the offer. Again, exceptional care was taken to proceed with the exact vehicle that we wanted. I met Lisa in the Business Office, who arranged for the financing, and again, was not pushed about additional services or features generally offered at a premium by other dealers. Lisa promptly followed up when the financing was approved, and we picked up our brand new Grand Caravan the next day. My family loves the space and comfort our new vehicle provides. We plan to take a few annual trips to Florida in the coming years, and can now navigate those trips with ease.
