Dealing with Carlo was a pleasant experience. However, the meeting with the person from head office was upsetting. It was nothing more than an attempt to get more money out of me with the "discounted" extras and I resent it very much. I have been a faithful customer of Wendell Motors and am happy with the service department. But I'm not sure that I will purchase my next automobile there.
Carlo was very respectful to both my wife and myself. He was down to earth and very honest and shared personal information to make us feel more comfortable. He provided a ton of info on the vehicle from its history, to guarantees, etc. We left knowing a lot about our vehicle. He also took me through some easy steps of the accessories of the vehicle and set up my cell phone with the hands free service.
