This is my second vehicle purchase at Wendell Motors and it was another great experience. Carlo Renon our sales consultant was honest and knowledgeable. I felt that Carlo cared more about making us feel comfortable with what we were purchasing and making it an enjoyable experience. The day we picked up our new truck he spent 45 minutes with us just going over all the features and how to change the settings so we understood how to utilize everything our truck had to offer. Another amazing experience purchasing a vehicle from Wendell Motors.
This was the first time I had ever bought a new vehicle and I wanted to make sure that I got
the best service for my money. I went to one other dealership that was closer to my home but was put off by the salesman that greeted me by his answers to my questions. So I went to Wendell's instead and the rest is history.
Sales experience was alright, bad communication about a delivery date. Overall experience for me was a three out of five.

Most enjoyable as Carlo was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Purchased a 2011 Ram 1500 sport and the best part was on the pickup day Carlo spent an hour with me in the truck showing me how to use all the different options on the truck.
