Main service (oil change) was fine. Other (complimentary) service was frustrating and wrong.
I have already submitted a comment via your website. Briefly, two things annoyed me: 1) Tire pressure was checked (thank you) but inflated to 40+ lbs. Recommended is 33 lbs. This is dangerous, and wastes my rubber due to uneven wear; 2) I was recommended to replace my engine oil dipstick because it is "all twisted". Not not only have I previously questioned this myself to your techs , and been told that was normal ("it is supposed to be twisted to navigate the winding dipstick path"), but I looked up the original MOPAR part and new dipsticks are indeed twisted.
Not major items but it's the small things that makes one question the competency of a shop in the bigger things.
The service was quick and fast. Everyone was professional. Like that the waiting room music was adult contemporary and provided a nice back drop while I waited for the service.
took too long , had an appointment at 9.30 am was done after 3 pm.
was promised to top up the steering oil to fix the sound coming from the wheels i think you guys forgot it . very respectful people working there , i wish you guys took more care of me , i know i bought the car used but still was hoping for more..
