The installation of a Brake Controller went as scheduled and without a hitch..(lol).
The usual good service and communication by both Parts and Service is very much appreciated and makes Wendell my dealer of choice for the vehicles provided.
I got there, she didn't even acknowledge me. She was on the phone and continued to stay on the phone while asking my information. I then requested a shuttle back to work. She said she would call it right away, the shuttle vehicle was parked outside the window. I sat in the waiting room for 40 mins before finally going over to the desk and asking again for the shuttle. She didn't pay any attention to me as a paying customer not did she follow through with what she told me she was going to do. I left incredibly frustrated.
