Brought my car in as my back brake was making noise. It was done very fast and the guys sanded and greased them. Now there is no noise. Thanks again guys.
Purchasing the Gold plan, I thought I'd be in good hands. It took all day to load software, and rebolt a heat plate. And then it cost me money.
My revving issue was not fixed and persists.
The "Change Oil" light was not reset and persists
So, repairing 1 out of 3 items is not excellent service.
Service quick, ahead of schedule, and always with our best interest in mind.
Took the car in after a 7000 km trip. Jeannine looked after us with kid glove care.....we wewre early for our appointment and the service tech was not expecting his next appt for 20 minutes and instead of leaving had him take in our van and service it in under 15 minutes, getting us in and out before his next customer even showed up....and more importantly got us home early before our next appintment.
