Each time I need to ask if my service is done. I get fed up of waiting and ask and everytime it has been done. Why does the advisor not come to tell me in waiting room. Been multiple times and Im with a little one. Long wait and who knows how much of it was unnecessary.
My last visit was an oil change. I asked if they could check the engine light which was on at the same time however they said that I would have to come back. As pensioners this is costly to us to keep coming back. This procedure should have only taken a few minutes to check on a reader.
They continue to give me excellent service. They were able to get the work done on time just I requested.
Keep up the great work as we the customers expect. The friendly service advisor treated with honesty and respect. That makes me feel good as a customer of Wendell Motors.
My experience was the usual......pleasant, timely, professional, helpful, what more can I say? I love knowing that appointment will go as planned, that I will be provided with great service, and that the staff are always pleasant. No surprises............and that's a good thing!!
