Our experience was mostly good, but one aspect of the service was not. The side doors of the van were making a grinding noise in their respective tracks. The technician lubed one door, resolving the issue, but didn't do the other one. Why would one do that? Now it has to go back.
I brought my Van in to get the air conditioning fixed and they said they replaced a valve to fix it. The air conditioning is still not working on the highway as I explained for them to fix.
the service at wendell's is excellent and janine and the crew helped my wife out and tim the technician was excellent thanx again for the great service
