Pain in my a** trying to talk to service. Correct information of parts is not correct and rectification for issues is running around with there tails between there legs. Thanks for the pain on a brand new vehicle.
As always, the service team at Wendell Motors as ready for our appointment. I had an appointment for a piece of mind service. Janine asked if there were any other concerns when we checked in. I waited for the van and before I knew it Brookelyn came to get me. The service was completed and the van was ready a little sooner than promised.

Your mechanic failed to re-attach the l rear brake assembly (callipers) after a routine service. Has to bring it back You fixed it promptly but it should never have happened.'
