Please respond to my email regarding the hitch (price, and type) and the descripencies in our verbal agreement (I was not to pay tax on the hitch, seems that the final bill indicates otherwise) and the final bill. Also, a couple of people commented on the hitch saying it was small. Please clarify the type of the hitch I had installed. I was under the impression that I would be getting a regular hitch. I am happy to resend the email, for the second time, if you misplaced it.

I had a great experience with Orillia Volkswagen, before arriving I was very hesitant but after meeting with the car sales man I felt very welcomed and my experience was comforting. As a young person coming in to buy a car on my own i was nervous but all my worries soon vanished.
