Very knowledgeable about car, brand, and automotive industry in general. Personable. A little disorganized on the paperwork, but sorted it out, and not a big issue.
Brad is a very experienced salesman. He was helpful all the way through the process of ordering the car until i was able to pick it up. He explained to us, me and my wife, in details everything we need to know about the car before taking it out of the dealership and he stayed late at least one and a half hour after hours to accommodate us as we live out of London, Ontario.
The service is perfect! Because my English is not that good they are very nice to me. They are perfersional about the car, response my questions so quickly.
