Porsche of London has provided excellent service for my 2014 Boxster S. They have taken care of problems that were not warranty issues, without charging me for their time. The few warranty issues I have had have been taken care of in a timely fashion with a full explanation of the steps taken. They are the only dealership that I feel comfortable with in terms of servicing my car.
Bobby was very nice and helpful. Although we had to get a two hours train ride to get our 911, bobby made the experience very pleasant and worth it. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.
Tim Bamford and Tim Grosse are two of the best in the automotive industry and make London Porsche one of the best car dealerships I have ever dealt with. Combine that with one of the best automobiles ever produced and you have a winning combination. Thanks for the amazing experience.
Brought my '11 Boxster in for some serious creaking action on the front end. Porsche of London recognizes it would be there a few days and provided me with a loaner so as not to leave me stranded. Good communication throughout the process - letting me know what was wrong, when the parts would be in and estimated time of completion. Overall, very impressed with the service Mike and his team offered me.
When it's time for my next Porsche (sorry guys, in many, many years), they will get first crack at my business.
