My experience was enjoyable however, somewhat frustrating due to my first Cayenne, arriving without XM radio and having to wait another 3 months for another that had XM radio. The staff and principal at Porsche London were very understanding and helpful in getting the matter resolved to m satisfaction.
A car is always provided as a loaner, my car is washed inside and out after the service. I can text my service managers, Aaron or Mike anytime I need anything done and they text me when the car is ready. They look for anything that would be covered by my warranties and automatically do it for me. Great customer experience.
Excellent as usual. The service staff is friendly and efficient. I appreciate the ability to have a loaner vehicle. Best service in London, much better than bmw
In our busy world of buy and sell it is rare to experience respect and even a modicum of interest as a consumer/customer/buyer. Service providers are largely poorly trained and don't really care. At Porsche of London this is not the case. My experiences have been met with concern, good listening to my issues and friendly performance. All with whom I have been in contact have made my time there a positiver experience.
