We had our Porsche serviced and the winter tires installed. From beginning to end, with every issue that crept up, Mike ensured we were well looked after with minimal disruption to us. The service team is thorough, friendly, and detail oriented.
We went to porche london to buy snow tires for our cayenne. The service is always amazing. We were given a loaner vehicle to visit costco during installation. Not only did we receive our car back with new snow tires on- it was Spotless! ! I am a clean freak, but they managed to show me up!! Well done. And the service manager was patient enough to discuss getting the oil filter off more efficiently during oil changes to my husband. Sharing information is so very much appreciated! They had a week to prep my CPO Cayman, but when we showed up to pick-up, it was just being hurriedly washed. Brought out and presented like we were picking up a rental car. Scuff mark on door and coffee stain on middle console. Car was advertised on autotrader with @18k km on meter. When I made my down payment, the invoice showed 19.3k km on paperwork. When we picked up the car, it had 20k km on the meter. Not sure but It appears that the car was still being driven after the down payment was made. Tom Bamford is a super nice guy but that does not take away from this mediocre experience. I am guessing that if it was a new purchase, it would be a more upscale experience.
