The standard of service is what I expect from a luxury car dealer; the BEST in London from my experience.
Excellent communication; they pick-up my vehicle for service on time, return it when promised always freshly washed and the replacement vehicle provided during the service period is always clean. Can not say I have ever had this level of consistent quality service from any other dealer in London. It is this level of customer service that contributed to me continuing as a Porsche of London customer.
The staff is the service department are always courteous, professional, and helpful. They are constantly doing what they can to improve customer satisfaction and respond quickly to any concerns. I very much appreciate their dedication to the customer.
I had the first oil change service. I reside in Windsor which is a couple of hours drive away. Porsche of London picked up my vehicle and left me a Porsche to use, and returned my vehicle and picked up the loaner when the service was completed.
