Mike and his service team went to great lengths to make sure my classic Porsche received the maintenance and replacement parts it required, and made sure i was fully informed of the progress.
Customer experience is 2nd to non, but it comes at a price. Putting off new clutch service because having trouble with the $4200+ price estimate. As a hobby mechanic myself, I always consider doing the work myself. Admittedly I knew this before I purchased the car. Just my thoughts, no offense intended.
