I noticed a puddle of water on my passenger side door matt. Porsche of London quickly diagnosed the problem as a blocked drainage plug in the door. The problem was easily resolved at a very modest cost to me.
I was greeted as I always am - as a highly valued customer. I was promptly provided a Porsche Service Loaner while the work was performed and when I picked-up my car, it had been thoroughly washed and cleaned.
