My family recently purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue, and the experience was fantastic! Andy Lee and Gurvinder helped out every step of the way, and showed us lots of different options. Andy helped get us approved when we've been declined by 2 other dealerships. The finance manager Bobbie was also super helpful in explaining all the details. Overall A+ experience. The only thing that could be better would be they close a little early on Fridays. Make sure to go earlier as we felt bad they stayed overtime to help us.

ANDY LEE - Online sale no price disclosure no interest rate disclosure My Icbc agent on the insurance 26000 and On dealer sales is 31000 at fixed this was never mentioned for 2018 car over priced And the finance and the agent don’t reply or answer I am whooped by them

I had this online sales man Andy ,, in my continued conversation I did advise what my budget and affordable payment He sold me the car with advance advising the price all he was telling that I got financing approved by the bank I am very disappointed with the sale as A) no price given upfront that I could offer or decline B) keep on advising that credit is approved sent me the picture and gave mileage C) advised that the payment is 350 but the payment is approximately &$800. 00 monthly D) didn’t advised it was fixed rate or advise the rate is 12% did say that it’s above the regular going rate and I could get refinanced in 6 months called the bank they there is no such thing as the rate is fixed E)the price of vehicle is sold way over the going rate 2018 -31k and the Icbc who did the insurance ilisted on the insurance document as 26k I talked to the him he said he will look into E ) I messaged and called ANDY LEE THE SCAMMER TO EXPLAIN HES NOT REPLYING F ) the manager I Saw was very nice and understanding G) the financial broker mr Roman Tam stop replying and returning my messages H) if you read this please advise I ) it was too late for me to refuse as the vehicle was online process and insurance was done and the vehicle was delivered Got Whooped

Harit singh was my sales person. He was very nice and took care of me very well.i give him 10/10.great job. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I recommend applewood nissan.
