Worst Customer Service on Earth-Fraudulent

Two week wait time to fix a washing machine under warranty and refusing to properly honour a warranty that was paid for. Leaving a family of six without a washing machine for 2 weeks is negligent. The VERY least that TA could do was allow us to find someone to fix the washing machine and cover the cost under their less than adequate warranty. Since no one at your company cares to deal with the issue I will be contacting the media and everyone I know to ensure that no one else makes the same mistake I did buy purchasing products from your company. If I could leave a zero star review I would.
