For a few weeks I have been looking for a Ram 1500 and have been frustrated with the available vehicles and purchasing process in the area where I live. So I travelled 2.5 hours to Bonnyville to see a Ram 1500 Laramie truck advertised on the internet. Prior to my trip I contacted Bonnyville Dodge dealership and was assisted by Rohdy Reed who answer my questions and provided additional information on the truck. An appointment was booked to see and drive the vehicle. When I arrived the truck was out front of the dealership in show condition, waiting for me. Information regarding the vehicle, such as the CarFax report and dealership inspection report were there for me to review. Instead of a sales salesperson running back and forth from me to the sale manager to negotiate, the Sales Manager assisted myself and Rohdy directly to arrive at a fair deal. The staff at Bonnyville Dodge were courteous, prepared and thoughtful. The whole experience was very positive and enjoyable for me, the way I imagined a great car buying experience should be. For me my purchase was well worth the 2.5 hour drive.
