A1+ exceptional experience
We recently purchased a 2020 Acura RDX Elite. This dealership goes the extra mile in every way. From General Mgr Paul JENNERY, Sales Mgr Andrew TORRES, Business Mgr Debbie PANTALEO and Sales Person Drew NUTTING, nothing but class! This is our second purchase from this dealership and it was well worth the drive from Callander, ON to complete the purchase. A very genuine and positive experience.

Didn't Even Buy An Acura, But Service Is Excellent!
We have been looking for an SUV for some time and Steph was our point of contact for our Acura wish list. She is the very reason people come back to a dealership. She's awesomely personable, extremely knowledgeable (which isn't always the case with Sales People) and her communication was great. Even though we didn't purchase through Steph we will be back when the time comes. I also ordered from the parts counter and they were excellent as well. I cannot recommend Acura West more. Thanks to the Team there!

Another positive purchase from Acura West
I have lost count of the number of vehicles we have purchased from Acura West over 20 yeaes or so.
Every time we have been treated with respect and believe that this dealer is the best for many miles around.
Paul and his entire staff from sales through service are focussed on the customer and work hard to provide satisfaction.

Vibration in the steering wheels and seats
The verdict is Vibration is felt when VCM was active. However the courtesy vehicle that I drove did not have that issue.
