Mobials is constantly looking for ways to improve user experience and listens to our suggestions. The team is knowledgable and professional but what really makes our partnership the best, is having a personal representative to work with. Great tool for our clients too offer feedback. Simple to use system with great exposure. Helps potential clients know who we are before meeting us in person.
I have enjoyed working with Mobials. Their website is very user friendly and service with any concerns has been dealt with in a swift manor. The online referrals have been amazing for our business and our clients. They provide a very honest review and really help us increase the awareness about our office!!

This is a great way to promote more business and letting customers write their own experience with Bath Fitter.
Great presentation right from the start with James; my go to person with any questions or concerns is Cheryl. Just wish there was a FAQ sheet to help solve the basic question with the day to day.

Over the last couple of months we've made some changes to our system and most recently we added video tutorials to each section in the dashboard to help users navigate through our system and hopefully answer any questions about the system that may come up.
