Before entering the automobile business, I practiced law for 27 years in Trenton Ontario after Graduating from Carleton university with a degree in political science and the university of Ottawa with a law degree.
I had good experience and good service from the sales manager buying my car
My experience was a good buy the jeer itself but I had two problems first one I had an email to save 1000$ to apply to my purchase and the manager refused to use it and second the offer was to get a free winter tires which again the manager refused again
They keep giving me a newer truck and lowering my payment... its true! Nobody Deals like Dilawri! They really go the extra mile to make me a happy camper!
For it being my first car buying experience I would have to say that everything went pretty smooth. There were a few bumps with having it ready but we got past it and I was happy to finally have my car.
I was satisfied with the purchase and service i have received. The car is performing well with no problems. The car is due for it's first service shortly and I expect the same reliable and quality service.
