Since the purchase of my Qashqai, Nissan Connect Service SOS Button was not functional. Phillippe took the problem in hand and with Nissan technicians, my problem has been corrected.

This sale rep has been so far the best of all sale reps whom I have had a chance to talk to among 5, 6 dealerships in Ottawa area that I visited during the course of the search for a new vehicle in 2018.
