All the staff has gone out of their way to be helpful and understanding.
My stepfather bought all his vehicles there and had them serviced with great pleasure.
When I brought my car in, shuttle was done so one employee, (John, I believe, in service department) very nicely offered me a ride with his vehicle. Very much appreciated.

Without naming names, dealing with the service dept. at laurentian was 100% more enjoyable than the other dealership I've dealt with. Everything on the list I sent in was repaired plus a few things that weren't on the list.
