Tessa in the Sales Department was fabulous to work with!

Tessa was exactly what you would hope for in a salesperson....knowledgeable, calm, helpful, supportive, friendly, accommodating, and not pushy! She was more than happy to look further into any questions or requests I had and she certainly made the process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Tessa to anyone who is considering a purchase from Oxford Dodge!

Poor Customer Service from the Service Manager - NEXT leave your vehicle there and have them pay your loaner!

For a $60,000 plus vehicle, less than a year old with less than 14,000 and being a previous customer of dealership you'd expect some decent customer service right? Well, so for a week now I have been without temp controls, any radio and nav functionality plus all the other bells and whistles of the luxury SUV called a Jeep. Then I am told I have to wait for this part, ok fine I get that - not in stock, BUT instead of leaving my vehicle over night, cause the policy I was told that if they can't fix the problem and the vehicle stays over night Jeep pays for a loaner $25/day until its repaired - I take my vehicle and deal with the issue expecting that when the part comes in I will be looked after ASAP what I was told. I get the call I have to wait another few days, you'd think for all the patience I have shown I'd be comp'd and oil change or at least a loaner for the day so not to further hassle with my life. I didn't think it was too much to ask but apparently its a hard NO. Ok, so that hard no cost you future references, taking my business else where and not a very kind review. Hope it was worth it, plus I still get to tell my story to all my friends on social media.

Disappointed

I got engine oil changed yesterday. Ram 1500 The engine oil spilled all around engine room. I have not even told what happened during oil change. On the way back home, smoke came from the hood!!! Full of Smell of burnt oil in the cabin. Still stink and smoke right now... headache Please do it properly. Something happens, please let us know.

Extra warranty not worth it!

I spent $1200 to have bumper to bumper coverage, brought my jeep patriot in for 2 problems and come out with a $185 bill! 1 problem couldn't be fixed because they couldn't replicate the problem, but they still charge you the hourly rate for diagnosing it. And second problem was a silly leak around brake light that they couldn't tell me before hand if it was covered or not by warranty. Turns out that after the fact, it wasn't. So that cost me $110 for a silly fix I could have done myself for $5. That's the last time I get extended warranty and certainly last time I bring my vehicle to Oxford Dodge...

Hi Jennifer, Fortunately, you haven’t had the need to use the extended warranty until now at 96,000km on your vehicle. We do always encourage people to purchase the extra protection for their vehicle, however there is no policy that can cover every potential issue with a vehicle. The cause of the failure needs to be determined first for the advisor to know whether the component is covered by the policy. Until that point, the owner of the vehicle is responsible for the repair until it is determined to be a covered defect. We will review your claim to confirm the coverage and contact you directly. Thank you for the amazing service and assistance you provided me on the Easter long weekend, following an unanticipated repair. I had interactions with at least 6 staff, all of which were extremely friendly and helpful. The staff worked to fit me in to an already busy day and I was also pleasantly surprised that the cost was very reasonable. In addition to the positive staff interactions I had already had (I am sorry I didn't get all the names) I also sure appreciated the ride and visit with 'Jerry' the customer service driver. That had been a particularly difficult day and although the staff didn't know that, they will also never know the impact their unassuming kindness had so thank you.
