General maintenance service met expectation. A bit slow at drop off due to short staffed. Called when car completed and no delay at pick up.

This was my best visit yet

This was a very pleasant visit. The service advisor was really great. The only question I have is whether or not the light scratches on the driver's door was made during the working with the door panel. I am not sure. All of the staff was very helpful, and made me feel welcome.

Unexpected charge and broken promise

Was an overall good experience however they changed my filter without my consent. When asked about the cabin air filter I passed, but they still changed the engine filter which they did not ask about. As for the broken promise - I was aware that due to renovations they would not be able to wash the car but they did say they would clean the inside. This was not done. The paper mats on the ground are not what I consider cleaning my car. If by chance this was something they could not do, I recommend not telling the customers that you will deliver when you majorly don’t.

loaner Car needed and faster service appointments are a must.

My vehicle had a check engine light on, is new and wasn’t driving well/safely. I called immediately for a service appointment, was told the soonest appointment was 2 weeks away but my vehicle would still be ok to drive. I drove for 3 more days, the vehicle was unsafe and wouldn’t accelerate. I showed up Monday morning first thing needing help. I was informed they could see my car right away. I couldn’t get a loaner car, a rental wasn’t provided. My lovely sales guy at a different dealership heard of my troubles and personally gave me one of his demos to use as Hyundai couldn’t help me. My only positive comment is that the staff st the dealership were very pleasant to work with.

Traded my car because it is to hard to get my car serviced at your dealership

I think most people do not have hours and hours to wait for service at a dealership. I have talked to 3 other people in Carman that have also traded their Hyundai vehicles because of how difficult it is to make the time and have to spend hours waiting for service.
