Great work, but took longer than promised.
Fall service, rear brakes (pads and rotors), brake fluid flush, new tires and one replacement rim, new wiper blades. All work was excellent. I was promised the car for 5 p.m. however, and waited until almost 6 before it was ready.

Disappointed in the upcharged carwash
Paid to have my complimentary car wash upgraded to an interior/exterior wash, but was disappointed in the quality of the job. The windows were dirty and the interior surfaces didn't look like they had been cleaned at all.
