Terrible

Had my vechicle in for an oil change and tire switch . Dropped my car off at 7am heard from no one . Called 5 times no answer . Finally got through . The staff doesn't care or have any concern to call you with a time your car will be ready. Stay clear of this place

An Unsettling and Dismissive Service Experience at Steeles Chev Dartmouth

My recent experience at Steeles Chev Dartmouth was frustrating and deeply upsetting. I brought in my 2020 Buick Encore GX for issues covered under warranty, including a blurry back camera that had been a problem since I bought the car. When I returned, I was shocked to find a $203.48 diagnostic charge for the camera—conducted without my consent. The advisor, Adrian, repeatedly insisted the issue was due to a minor dent, disregarding my explanation that the camera blurriness was present from the start. When I asked to speak with a manager, Adrian simply told me no one was available, leaving me with no choice but to pay if I wanted my car back. The experience left me feeling completely dismissed and helpless, as though my concerns didn’t matter. I hope Steeles Chev Dartmouth takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders how they treat their customers, so others don’t have to go through the same distressing experience.

Buying a vehicle should always be this fun

I was in the market for a mid-sized truck and struggling to find the perfect one.
