Totally over charged - taken to the cleaners!
We are on a cross Canada trip hauling a 5 th wheel with our 1 ton Silverado.
During a recent oil and filter service, we feel we were totally over charged. Paid a minimum of $20 more than anywhere else on our trip for the basic service. Then made the mistake of having them fill the def fluid. They charged us over $39 for 10 liters of def fluid, when you can buy it for less than $20 , pretty much anywhere. Then they charged us an additional $69 in labour to pour it into the tank. The total cost of a 10 liter container of def fluid was over $100. Hands down - they get the award for being the WORST GM dealer we've ever dealt with!!!

Excellent Service!!
Recently visited Steele Chev for an MVI. Bill was my advisor this time. He is very informative, friendly, and has a great sense of humour. Next time I book I will request Bill as my advisor again!

Service Hours
I bought my truck from MacPhee's a couple of years ago , they had outstanding service and hours , I now deal with Steele , service is GREAT , hours are not! I work at the Airport 40 to 60 hours a week , I need an oil change , but I have to take time off work , the work that helps me pay for my truck , to get an oil change at the dealership, no evening hours anymore , the year is 2019 , the amount of vehicles sold / customers , the wait to get an appointment , Steele seems a bit out of touch with it's customers needs , please put some evening hours on in the service area as I for one will not be purchasing a new truck from a place that works 7am to 4pm.

Our main service center is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 7:30 am to 2 pm.
We do offer extended hours on Tuesday and Thursday evenings until 8pm in our truck center.

KAYLA AND TAYLOR 2019
Just signed the paperwork for my new Cruze... so happy! I hated to part with my old Cruze which gave me 6 + years of worry-free driving, but it's time for an update. Thank you, Kayla, for making the transaction so enjoyable and effortless.
And thank you, Taylor, for working SO hard to get my payments to fit my budget. You went above and beyond! I will be singing the praises of Steele Chev and in particular, Kayla and Taylor. I'll be back in September (?) with my daughter who will be looking for a pre-owned car.

Work Truck
