Needed a new tire

Tok my Equinox in at &;45 and gt it back by lunch. I had had c puncture and needed a new itre.

Excellent Experience

The work was completed on time and looks like new again.I have been very happy with my Malibu.Although it is a 2010 model , I still receive compliments on its appearance.

Customer Service

Kirk's confidence and focus on customer need went above and beyond expectation. The team was efficient and available to answer any questions. Kirk responded well to the fact that I do not make an immediate decision on any major purchase. Had he pushed the sale I would have backed away. There was no urgency for me to buy a vehicle this year. Thank you and I love my Chev Trax!!

Damage to the right taillight

Had a bronze car wash package done to my car. The wash was good. Found some damage on the back taillight that I was sure wasn't there when I brought it in. The lady at the service desk left a note on Jared (Service Supervisor)'s desk. The work was done on August 28, 2017. It is now September 7. I have called multiple times, left notes with the office workers. Was assured that i'd get a call within 2 business days. I have now given on the supervisor and will have to pay to have the taillight replaced.
