First time ever with Wheaton, Adrian was just the best salesman and I’m so glad it was him who approached me.
Adrian told me about the car I was interested in. He explained how things worked, he was polite and not pushy.

Poorest service I have ever had.
-vehicle was to be done and I was to be picked up by 3
-when I was not contacted, I called.
-could not locate my vehicle for almost an hour.
-during numerous calls service manager had the nerve to ask me if I even brought it there
-I actually figured out what happened. It was put under another name (I watched them write my name down on key tag, changed after I left in the shuttle)
-in the meantime I had to make emergency child car arrangements, I got my vehicle back almost 3 hours late
-no sincere apologies, very disrespectful to accuse me of not even leaving my vehicle there
-it was to have a detail package that included being vacuumed and having dash wiped. These were not complete, not even close. When I pointed that out to the service rep before I left, his response was “you can’t expect much for the price you paid”. I expected to get what I was told I paid for.
-in summary worst service ever. I am telling everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

BUYING A TRUCK
GOOD EXPERIENCE OVERALL - I DONT LIKE TO WASTE TIME AND THE PROCESS WAS QUICK AND EASY. I WOULD RECCOMEND WHEATON IN THE FUTURE.

Express oil change
Not worth my time just like your 2 hour oil change. I do not wish to hear back from you as I will never return.

Poor service
I purchased a 2014 Chevy Equinox in October. I was very unhappy with my Salesman, Robin. I was only given one key and it broke and cost me $175 for a replacement. Wipers were crappy from the start and I paid to have them replaced too. Tire leaked continually so I brought it in for service, only to be told that it was unrepairable as it had been patched 5 times. Then I was told that all the tires were worn and had to be replaced. I have been driving with the spare tire for a month now as I cannot afford new tires. I certainly have not put on that much mileage that I wore the tires out that quickly. I spent extra money on all the warranty and extra insurance that I could get, so I am very disappointed all around.
