Had to work hard in the negotiating department but the people at the dealership mostly came through once all the little kinks were worked out I became satisfied with my purchase so far

The experience at Wheaton was extremely satisfactory.
When I purchased a car at Wheaton, I was impressed with the professional demeanor of all the sales people. It was refreshing to have the salesmen phone back after a week to check that all was going well. Great job!
I don’t care to get asked for a review every time I go to the dealership. I’m happy because you never heard from me after the service.

Online Reputation is so important now! Every place you visit wants a review and every platform you use wants it to be with them!
It can get to be too much very easily.
We are trying to stream line our systems so customers only get asked once, but it's a slow process.

The service department is probably the biggest reason I would come back to buy another truck at Wheaton’s ! They have always been fast , friendly and helpful
