Never going back

Never been so ripped off in my life. I went in for very simple things and to find out I'm being charged an extra $150. Just beyond stupid.. $65 in labor for a headlight.... And another $65 for a simple windshield wiper change. I was fully aware of everything else. Even those labor charges were reasonable. Still unbelievable mind you but I could accept that price. I would never of come in if I knew about the price. Will not be returning.

NOT IMPRESSED with the service!

When I purchased my 2015 truck i was told that i would have 5 free oil changes. I followed the instructions regarding oil changes and took my truck in for a oil change the last time i was told that the time had run out for my oil changes. To date my truck has only 20,000.KM and i was given only 2 free old changes. The last time i had to pay almost 100.00 for my oil change. At no time was i ever informed that my free oil changes were running out of time. When i mentioned this to the managment at Wheaton's they would not do any for me in the way of compensation. I have been contacted by Wheaton's to trade my truck in for a new model but with service like this I do not think I will do business with a company like this. NOT IMPRESSED!

Byron, I confirmed with both our Sales and Service team that there is a form which you would have signed at the time of purchase which indicates the time limits involved in the free oil changes. That being said, it seems like that paper wasn't explained clearly enough to you. I'm sending you an email directly with an offer that will hopefully re-earn your faith in our Service Department and allow you continue being a valued customer for us!

Byron, I'm sorry you weren't informed of the time limit on the free oil changes, that's a huge misstep on our part. If you could email me directly at jmichell@wheatonchev.com I'd like to get some more info from you so that a) this doesn't happen again to somebody else and b) see if we can't make this up to you a bit!

Very displeased

If they would have checked my fuse like so asked I would not have had to take it to Bennett they charged me 345.00

Laurie, Obviously, we have no control over what work another dealership does and charges you for. We weren't able to look at your vehicle as quickly as you wanted, so you took it elsewhere. That didn't work out very well but when you brought it back to us we fixed the fuse free of charge. What else could we have done to make your experience a better one? Was lied to about length of time Not friendly service advisor Not offered shuttle Not shown where to get coffee Not kept informed of service visit Not advised when service was done
