My vehicle was written off after I was hit by a car running a red light. Richard Cross reached out to me to see how I was doing and immediately began the search for a replacement vehicle before was even thinking about it. He found an identical brand new Q5 and we had financing arranged within a week. The finance and delivery team were equally caring and professional.

Very professional all around.
I was very interested at getting a Q7 3 years ago. Very little went well at that time and I walked away very disappointed. This time around, it was the opposite, Jeff and the other teams members were all professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

More than we ever expected
We were only visiting the Province, intent on purchasing a vehicle once we returned home but wanted to take a test drive. We were up front about not purchasing from Ontario, Kirk never hesitated to give us his time despite this knowledge. He went even further to research cars not on the lot, and was able to find us exactly what we wanted, and for a price better than we hoped for including shipping to our home.
