Dennis was easy to deal with and I am thrilled with the service. He was knowledgeable, took his time with me, but was genuine. I am also very please with my new Audi.

Presale-okay considering i knew pretty well what I wanted and how much I was expecting to pay; post sale follow up: mediocre, I was left to follow up on status of delivery; registration transfer: incorrect assumptions made that a new set of plates would be arranged even though I had mentioned wanting to keep mine; car pick: rushed, not very informative, confusion re location of my summer tires, no real welcome package, made me feel less than welcome or appreciated; after sale: no personal follow up; after sale survey phone call left a bad taste in my mouth and felt more like an interrogation than a curtesy call to better understand my feedback with caring and thoughtful conversation.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales representative (Dennis) make the purchase and trade-in experience a positive one. Would definitely return for my next vehicle.

Kirk convinced me to buy an unwanted car. After the test drive I didn’t want to proceed. Yet, he waited for few days and then called, again he managed to make me buy the car as I was in a great need for one.

He was courteous and polite in his interactions with me, and contrary to my experience with sales people at other luxury dealerships, Blair remained humble in his interactions. This kept me coming back rather than having me run away. Blair was pleasantly proactive in reaching out to me and responding to my inquiries. He definitely made the sales experience a memorable one.
