Effortless
I went the Mercedes dealers multiple times and walked out with confusion and anger. I went to Audi Mark Motors and walked out with a car. Nick was the difference.

The entire time during my first car buying experience I was made to feel comfortable and educated about the purchase I was looking to make, at no time did I ever feel like I was being forced into a decision.

Good overall
Sales person David Li is knowledgable about cars and always put client needs/interest first. Overall, it's a pleasant car shopping experience. The only area needs improvement is delivering promise. Under promise and over deliver is the key to customer satisfaction.
