Service dept is incompetent

Brought my car in for a routine inspection when i came to pay and pick it up it said there was work needed, did not receive phone call informing of such so needed to make another appointment for the work to be done very unorganized and rude about the whole issue.

Repairs to my vehcle

Approx. 2 weeks ago brought in my car because the windows did not go up and down and the front one would go up and down all by itself when you started the car. They put in a new masterswitich for the windows for approx. 388.00. Its only been approx 2 wks since done, and the rear windows go up very slowly and the front window doesnt go down at all

Took over 5hrs to get car back

I don't know what went wrong Left car noon for standard maint. expected it by 4. finally 5:30

Bad Customer Service

I went in for an oil change. They were training a new person and the person doing the training was not very nice and was being a poor teacher. After I was seated the service person came out and asked if I wanted my air filter and oil filter replaced, I replied that I would do it myself, then she left. She came back out when it was finished and I paid and was surprised when my bill was over $100. She though I said to replace them and offered to remove them and put the old ones back in, I was in a hurry so I just paid and left. Also this is the second time she has done this.

people do not need to get "something" every time they get warranty work done.

why do I need to spend money everytime I get warranty work done?! I was getting coolant system corrected for the second time and then dropped $75 extra bucks that I was not expecting. I know the business has to make a living but customers shouldn't have to drop money everytime they are just getting warranty
