Since buying my 2014 Trax which i love i have been to your dealership a couple of times do to recalls from GM canada. The first time i was there i had seen a gentlemen that took it upon himself to have my Trax washed and vacuumed .
That BLEW me away , hats off to him , Great customer service .
I only wish i could remember his name but i am sure it is on your records.
Service took the entire day to check on a recal? My husband called at 4:00. You said just doing paper work. Seemed to long

Hi Darlene - thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. When dealing with recalls, customers are told that the vehicle is to stay at the dealership until at least 4 so that the work can be completed. We apologize that this caused you an inconvenience.
Nothing exceptional about this dealership. They seem to worry about the initial sale repeat business isn't a high piroity for this dealership. Also after visiting 2 other dealer and having my car appraised. SMP came in with the lowest price. We we're going to buy a new Chevy truck but we're going to look at other makes.
