Rebecca is fantastic. She has an incredible personality. She makes the SMP experience smooth from start to finish. She has a thorough knowledge base when it comes to vehicles/repair and managing the public. I never want to deal with anyone else there! She's perfection! Did I mention she has incredible humor and help makes a customers day start out right? Every time!
Great service except that once again parts had to be ordered thereby creating another appointment
Brandon was great. My frustration is with GM. Every time I take my car in for recalls (many lately) or service, parts have to be ordered. It's difficult to keep taking valuable work time to deal with car issues.
