This young lady was experienced, knowledgable , courteous .
She was awesome !! She helped me through and told me what also needed to be done for maintenance. That was not done the last trip in for an oil change ! Thank You
There was a clicking sound on our Vibe. I did some research online, removed the glove compartment and determined that is was the recirculating motor. I mentioned this when i brought it in. The blower motor was cleaned instead and the clicking sound was still there when i picked the vehicle up. I was treated very nicely by Wayne and appreciate his assistance. While i was given a reduction on the labour and parts i am still out-of-pocket $80 for a repair i did not request. I'm not asking for any more reimbursement as i understand that SMP did spend time on my vehicle (even though not requested or required), I'm simply explaining the facts of my visit(s).
